hello small person.

hello small person. was set up by artist and curator, Peter Warburton, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Having studied painting and drawing in Edinburgh, Peter has spent the past 10 years working as a freelance curator, running his own gallery, as well keeping up his studio practice. With all galleries and arts venues closed and unable to access his studio, Peter returned back to drawing. As part of this, he began to create portraits of babies born into the world during the pandemic - a way of celebrating the creation of new life during these challenging times. A newborn child brings such a bright symbol of hope for the future.
He is now accepting special portrait commissions, either for yourself, family or friends.
